aET

aET was much easier to control than aMT. It is a really fun material. It has more of a push than aMT and the come up is MUCH more gentle. Only trouble is it requires more material. I think some parallels could be drawn with the mdma/mda comparison with these two. I think you would have more votes for aET if it weren't so obscure.

I was thinking the same thing, some of these chems are more obscure so the results may be skewed. I've read that aET is a very mild psychedelic but a pretty nice empathogen. I still doubt it would beat aMT though, while doing research on aET the people who have tried both aET and aMT felt that aMT was superior for the most part which is usually the case with methyls vs ethyls. I mean once you get past the bodyload phase or plug aMT the euphoria is uncanny. I've had MANY aMT experiences with debilitating euphoria, like I was bed-ridden with my jaw and eyes completely spazzing out. Far stronger than any MDMA experience but not everyone achieves this, usually due to underdosing and not being prepared to suffer for an hour or two.

They are pretty similar. If you go really high with the aET you can get close to the same place as aMT. It takes just under double the dose though so 175mg. Considering how rare aET is I doubt most people have gone that high with it. I rather preferred the shorter duration of aET. I would pass out and when I woke my buddies on the aMT were still going. Lol.

aMT's duration is optional if your down to plug. If I want a 20 hour trip I go the oral route, if I want a 10-12 hour trip I plug. It's the best of both worlds. Plugging it also makes the bodyload laughable and barely worse than coming up on something like 4-ho-mipt which for me is full of anxiety and restlessness, only aMT's bodyload is mild nausea and temperature fluctuations instead lasting 45mins followed by 10+ hours of sheer euphoria and decent visuals that build the platform for mindblowing visuals when combo'd with other psychs. I dont think aET is capable of producing visuals on par with aMT. I'm not saying aMT is extremely visual or anything but I've had some of my strongest visuals on aMT (excluding DMT) during my first two trips ever and even nowadays after plenty more experience I find the visuals subtly nice and colorful, better than 2c or mushroom visuals for me. Most people who have taken aET claim to have very little to no visuals. I really wish I had access to aET to make a true comparison, I wouldn't mind venturing into the heavy doses either. I've always wanted to give it ago being that I love aMT.

I don't know, aMT is very visual but in its own way. I actually think that aMT is profoundly more visual than most substances even with its lack of OEV patterning. Go for a walk in the forest on aMT and tell me that the flowing and morphing wasn't more intense than having patterns everywhere.

As for which would be better as an empathogen, I have never had aET but I have friends who have (remember, it used to be sold as MDMA here in Colorado for many years before the DEA finally shut it down) and those that have taken both prefer aMT. They found aET to be pretty hollow in comparison and when I asked them about comparing it to MDMA they said that aMT beat it out because it was more of the total package like MDMA.

I decided it wasn't worth the cost after hearing that so I never ordered any when it became available to me.

aMT visuals are hit and miss but I will agree that most of the time the patterning is slightly prominent but not the main aspect of the visuals. I trip into the night and always go for walks into the city in the night and aMT makes things very alien, kinda like how mushrooms make things look so real they're fake but not as extreme. Lights are incredibly bright, head/tail lights trail alot, and it's generally like looking through the psychedelic fisheye lense. In wood type areas I've caught myself constantly trying to move away branches that weren't really there, lol I must've looked like a nut. Also, I used to get very crisp stained glass fractals when I first started using it but now the only fractals I see are etched into objects such as concrete or walls etc unless I'm in a perfectly dimmed room, then the holographic patterns come out.

Add just about any psychedelic and aMT's visuals break through to an un-mistakeable level for me. Most would think aMT visuals would be drowned out but that's never been the case for me. aMT always adds colorful, geometric, friendly LSD like flavor to whatever I decide to combo it with, of course along with mindblowing euphoria and entactogen qualities. aET just seems like an overall toned down version of aMT, that includes euphoria as well but like I said this is all based on reading and have never used aET. If aET was available on the streets I'd think you would at least give it a shot. I'm assuming you either missed the boat or nobody was willing to admit what they were selling was indeed aET and figured it wasn't worth ordering online.
