i know what you are talking about, those are some highly potent shit.

But there are salts of morphine that are available on the streets in the US (some parts only...okay...just LA right now) - highly concentrated smokable morphine. This shit is like crack, only it's more of a crystal. they aren't common, but they are mostly found in Los Angeles.

Not to mention the fentanyl salts and synthetics.

the future of opioids is going to be based on designer Morphine and Fentanyl and their various salts and delivery mechanisms.

If your inexperienced and have no tolerance I would think 3 percocets with a few beers and a a few tokes will make you feel great. Man, I remember when thats all I needed but alas I went way too far.

sometimes liquor will prohibit the percocets from working plus the acetaminophen (in the percs) will affect your liver at the same time the liquor will. not a good idea my hairy friend.

^^^Right on. I love some oxy on an empty stomach before I'm gonna eat. I know oxy can cause loss of appetite in some people, but it makes me enjoy eating even more.

Commercially, hydromorphone is made from morphine either by direct re-arrangement (made by reflux heating of alcoholic or acidic aqueous solution of morphine in the presence of platinum or palladium catalyst), or reduction to dihydromorphine (usually via catalytic hydrogenation), followed by oxidation with benzophenone in presence of potassium tert butoxide or aluminium tert butoxide (Oppenauer oxidation). The 6 ketone group can be replaced with a methylene group via the Wittig reaction to produce 6 methylene desomorphine which is 80x stronger than morphine.[5]

The human liver produces hydromorphone when processing hydrocodone using the cytochrome p450 II-D-6 enzyme pathway (CYP2D6). This is the same route that is used to convert many different opiate prodrugs into the active form. The proportion of drug that is converted into the stronger form is around 10% on average although this varies markedly between individuals. Drugs that are bioactivated in this way include codeine into morphine, nicocodeine to nicomorphine, oxycodone to oxymorphone and dihydrocodeine to dihydromorphine.

Some bacteria have been shown to be able to turn morphine into hydromorphone: when the bacterium Pseudomonas putida, serotype M10 eat morphine in solution, hydromorphone forms.[citation needed]

Hydromorphone - affinity to morphine

Oxymorphone - affinity to morphine
Oxycodone - affinity to codeine

Methadone
Levorphanol
Propoxyphene

Family 4:

Fentanyl
Alfentanyl
Carfentanil
Sufentanil


i dont know where Demerol fits in, but i think its under either the family 2 or family 4

That brown powder is usually pretty good on the east coast. Never tried tar though. My doctor prescribed Meprozine (demerol with promethazine) today. I'm thoroughly enjoying them. Took just enough demerol to get a buzz and not enough to make the prometh make me want to sleep for a few days.

Best for high..oxycodone. But suboxone is an awesome drug..So many good things about it that other opiates don't offer.

Hmm, this is just another self-serving and repetitive thread. Since it's gone on for a while, I will keep it open for now. Next time please just use the search engine. This information has been posted many times.

If you're unexperienced you shouldn't be messing with fentanyl or IVing anything.

I recommend you go with a semi-synthetic opioid. This includes oxycodone, hydrocodone, hydromorphone , oxymorphone, and diacetylmorphine (AKA heroin).

I recommend an oral dose of either oxycodone or hydrocodone for an unexperienced user. Start off with a dose of 15mg or so..

I've done oxy quite a few times and 10mg is all I need, I wouldn't use more then that if you are inexperienced.

Mine would be OxyContin, runner up would be Hydromorphone, after that would be Percocet, 10/325's.

Someone said that their tollerance goes away about 99% in three weeks!
I used to get TORE UP off of 5 percs (25mgs oxycodone), now I have to take about 50-60 mgs for it to touch me and about 90-100 to get where I wanna be.

So are u saying that if I go 2-3 weeks no oxy I will be able to get high off of say... 40 mgs? Because that would def. be worth me trying to not do them for a couple weeks.

How often are you doing them now? They are seriously addictive, if you are having problems taking a 3 week break as it is you should seriously consider what sort of addiction you are getting yourself into. I'm not sure how accurate that advice is but taking a 3 week break should definitely lose a bit of that tolerance.
