Sopranos. Six Feet Under second.
I cannot wait for the next season of Sopranos this year was awsome made up for the previous year been so crap!!!
 
^ yeah i was thinking a poll with more than 1 option would have been better but oh well hehe

ali g, curb and 6ft are all dope shows.. i think i would say 6ft though since i've watched like 4 episodes back to back before
 
I reckon Oz is the most consistently good, but Sopranoes is definately up there. You forgot Band of Brothers! pure brilliance
 
I f'n LOVE Real Time with Bill Maher.

Six Feet Under used to be my favorite series and Sopranos was up there too, but all series eventually get stale after awhile. SATC was the series I loved to hate.

Maher is always topical and lively, and there are usually some great exchanges.
 
Sopranos, Def Poetry, and Oz.

I agree w/ Maui2K though that Sopranos has fallen off. The show had lost most of its steam going into Season 4 and it's a good thing that Season 6 will be the last season. While there's really nothing new left to see on the show, I still watch it out of fan loyalty and an obsessive need to follow a story to its conclusion.
 
Six Feet Under had an amazing first season, but it turned into a whiney soap-opera after that.

What about the old school HBO shows like "Dream On" or "First & ten" or "Real Sex".
 
Curb Your Enthusiasm, without a doubt. I've always been a huge Seinfeld fan, so it kinda follows the same pattern.
I have to admit I haven't seen many episodes of those other shows to really decide very well, although I do know that Sex in the City is one of the dumbest shows I ever let myself sit through for, I don't know, I think I was able to tolerate about 10 minutes of an episode once? blah.
 
I voted for CYE, but gotta give credit to Sopranos and Six Feet Under. Entourage has been catching my eye recently too.
