Personally i love meditating on LSD.

I find a spot in nature secluded from the world and just relax and let the LSD take over.
Its pure bliss really.
It Lets me get deep inside myself and really take apart my mind.
MDxx substances are also pretty amazing to meditate on once you get past the "OMG OMG OMG LETS DANCE" stage.

Anyone have any preference?

**mods can i please get a poll on this?**

CHOICES:

A. LSD
B. MDxx
C. Cocaine
D. Ketamine
E. Benzodiazepines
F. Opioid's
G. Marijuana
H. Psilocybin Mushrooms
I. DXM
J. Other (please specify below)

The only drug on which I reliably approach meditative states similar to those of zazen or yoga has been LSD. There are times when I feel completely in the moment, totally into the flow and without judgment, just an overall mood of blissful awareness. These experiences have actually informed my zazen practice in a major way, because in spite of my opinion that goal-oriented thinking can distract from the actual practice, I have a better idea of what I'm shooting for when I sit down on the cushion.

J. Other (please specify below)

My number one meditation drug would be Hawaiian Baby WoodRose (HWBR) seeds containing LSA, great stuff. :)

Other ones would be Opiates, Mescaline (sometimes) and Cannabis.

Peace o/

dxm makes meditating incredibly euphoric. like 750-800mg or so (i'm 6'3" 240 pounds.) time just stops and the wall tends to move a bit when you stare at it. (i sit in a zen position with a zafu and zabuton i believe they are called.)

i think doing drugs kind of defeats the purpose of meditating because to me meditation means getting in touch with reality and focusing on the moment in your NATURAL STATE. meditating on drugs is fun, but not spiritually useful in my opinion.

This thread kicks ass!

G. All the way- high quality buds in theory give you just enough headspace & trippyness to make it easier to work with the energies & ether. IMO it "flows" better.

"Meditations bad, MMmmm-Kkayy?"

ps. ewwww at lsa

G. I've succesfully meditated on cannabis.

I find meditating extremely difficult to begin with, my mind just doesn't lend itself well to mediation. I would very much to try again with some psychedelics, maybe lsd or some tryptamines. I had an abundance of ketamine this winter but I just never thought to try. eh :\

LSD makes meditation the most mindblowingly serene experience that one can imagine.

Of course, to me, LSD is a bit of a panacea.

Its just so perfect.
