Watch out for too much water though. You don't want to end up with Hyponatremia (not enough salt in your blood) as it can be deadly. Do a search if you'd like, there was a case a little over a year back where a radio station had a contest: "Hold your wee for a wii" - basically contestants had to keep drinking more and more water until only one was left without running to a toilet. The winner never got to play her wii, as she died from low salt. Salt = electrolytes = affects the nervous system's ability to properly transmit. It's also why at least in FL water bottles are considered "paraphernalia" at clubs. There were a few close calls in Tampa a few years back due to people drinking way too much water. Gatorade or similar will replenish those electrolytes, and keepp you going. I personally stick to lemon-lime as it has the least taste. Don't LIKE it but I drink it because I don't want to dehydrate OR end up in the hospital or worse.
