Favorite/ Best cheap beer?

Pyramid's beers are good, as are Redhook's. I especially like the India Pale Ales (IPA), as i love that hoppy flavor. There are several brewpubs in my area that i frequent and make great beer (western Washington State). hey, walrus, Shiner Bock is pretty prevalent, i had it down in LA and I think I've seen it up here in Washington.

Ahh, very cool. I was under the impression it was predominately sold in Texas. Good to know citizens of other states can enjoy good beer as well ;).

wouldn't call you a cheap american bastard but i would say you have no taste. budweiser already has no taste, i hate to think what bud light is like.

budvar (the beer made by the budweiser brother who stayed in the Czech Rep), on the other hand is really nice.

IMO all of the american big name beers are pisswater, I'm sure there nust be some nice microbrewery ones tho.
 
Not much of a beer drinker, but heineken or bud ice.. a 40 of steel reserve good when short on cash and want to get drunk.

yes, there are TONS of amazing microbrew beers, especially if you like thinks darker than budweiser/pisswater. I've tasted a few european beers at various bars/international beerfests and i still prefer beer from some of the brewpubs and microbrews i've been to.
 
St Ides high gravity, its 8.6%. Only thing that gets me drunk beside hard liquor and wine.
 
Kronenbourg 1664 is my favorite beer. I only drink that or Heineken now. However, back in high school I was a keystone light man all the way. :D
 
Kronenbourg 1664, Stella Artois, Heiniken (now they've changed it), Budvar, Tiger, Carlsberg Special Brew (for when you want to get wrecked easily and quickly, not for taste obviously)
 
My 11% home-brewed honey beer is the best. Fuck the commerical piss, go make your own beer kids.
