Opioids fatal insufflation 2?

Ok, thank you for all your help with my previous question. I have some concern about another friend and have a question that might seem strange bu it is very important and may save the life of another friend of mine that I am conernerd about.

What would be considered a fatal dose of insufflated dilaudid for a man weighing about 180 pounds? It's just... I can't take the time to explain it now, but I want to let a friend now because it may save his life.
 
with no opiate tolerance? I would say it gets sketchy around 10-15 mgs. if mixed with other drugs including booze, could be as low as 8.
 
I just really need to know because I have another friend who is peri-suicidal and I really want to convince him to get help, he has been doing less potent opiates fora a while but he has been talking about attempting suicide for a while and I really need to know what a fatal dose of insufflated dilaudid is for someone with a mild/moderate opiate tolerance to buy me some time to concince him to get help rather than end his life... I know this might not make much sense but this is a really decent guy who I know could make a real contribution to life if I can just stave him off for a while and get him the help help needs, if anyone could please answer my question?
 
we don't know what a mild-moderate tolerance is. I am hesitant to even speculate because if I, or anyone else, goes too high and he dies, well, that would suck for all parties involved, wouldn't it?
This thread will probably get closed.

The correct thing to do would be to take him to seek mental help - addiction can accentuate and worsen depressive and suicidal tendencies - especially opiates, benzos, barbs, etc... If this guy is suicidal, he shouldn't have ANY drugs at all. This would be a case where NO amount is ok.
 
Dude get off your lazy ass and do what everone else would be doing to answer your question, and that is perform a google search on this.. See you could stop being a baby, and save us having to spoon feed you information which is freely available to anyone, it just takes more effort than expecting others to do your work for you.

Also none of us can accurately answer such a question as there's way too many variables we don't know enough about. Believe it or not i doubt any person just happends to have the intranasal LD50 for hydromorphone fresh in their memory.. Don't expect others to do your work for you.
 
Thanks for at least trying to help in some capacity muvolution. It seems like every time visit this site lately I am extremely disappointed.

When I was just a stupid middle-schooler trying to figure out how to get high, peolple were more than willing to help. But apparently when I''m trying to do some real good in the world, all I get is sacrasm and bullshit. Thanks for that, bluelighters.
