Ok but the side effects are even less if you just follow a diet. You don't even need taurine for that. T3 and clen definitely have a place in bodybuilding. But in my opinion, you should only use them if you're already on a really strict diet and can't reduce calories any further without sacrificing muscle. In this case, T3 & clen allow you to lose a little more fat while still retaining LBM. And you shouldn't run them more than a few weeks every year. For example once a year during the last weeks of a contest prep.
I think that low-dose T3 isn't dangerous. There's nothing wrong with running 25mcg T3 with every cycle. It has advantages even on a bulk. But going above that dose or using clen puts a strain on your heart and can kill you if you do it several times a year for years on end (and that's what many people do).
