fat dilemma

can I have one reply pls?
I want to up my fat intake,i love fats but as I started lifting I get very little but not cuz of reasons other ppl avoid fats (obesity,arteries ) but becose chemical pollution

i reed that all the bad stuff accumulate in fat,,,,,, heavy metals,xenoestrogens,dioxin etc

I dont eat anything from sea or water anymore,the heavy metals and now fukushima isotopes,or the estrogen in plastic fish tank.
no bacon or processed meat becose it have E250 nitrite sodium preservative

so I was thinking about milk fats,how much hormones n shit is in it really? do it make more harm to my muscle gains cuz dem herbicide accumulation?
 
OP you can try sprinkling 2 tsp (10 mL) ground flaxseeds on your cereal or yogurt a few times a week, or you can try eating cookies, crackers and chocolate that are not made with hydrogenated oil.

yes I drink 1 spoon flax oil everyday... but I was thinking about larger quantities of dat test boosting animal fat like whipping cream
 
If you already get enough unsaturated fat in your diet and you feel you need to increase uptake of saturated fat, you can look into things like shortening and lard. Dairy fat is pretty low quality and for a lot of people is harder to metabolize. You can also look into coconut oil which is a medium chain fatty acid that also has a lot of saturated fat in it.
