As the title says I need fast acting anti-suicidal medication ASAP. I'm talking about LEGAL meds (Ketamine treatment is not an option because I can't afford it).
Just give me some general idea preferably from personal experience. Thank you in advance.

I'm talking about LEGAL meds

Like anti-depressants? Have you tried any of those before?

Or something sedating for unbearable short term anxiety relief? Such as benzodiazepines?

I'm not sure if there is an 'anti-suicidal' class of meds out there exactly, but you should be able to access anti-depressants (such as Zoloft, which is the common brand name for sertraline - as SSRI) fairly quickly through a regular GP. While it's often said that these meds can take weeks to work, I've personally found sertraline to provide some initial relief much, much faster than that.

If you're able to give us a little more information it might help people to give better advice. In any case, I wish you the best and hopefully you'll find what you need ASAP.

I have TRD so none of antidepressants work. Over the years I tried between 10-15 antidep. from each category and none of them worked.

Every time I would start with the min. dose and ended up with the max. After that I had to tapper it down and try another one.

I'm looking for something to numb me down (antipsychotic?) and buy me more time. Time for what? For my imaginary "miracle" which will never come.

Just to make sure I'm understanding this: TRD is Treatment Resistant Depression, right?

I can at least partly empathise with your situation in that case, but I've only tried around 5 or 6 antidepressants and mostly only in the two common classes (SSRI and SNRI).

All I can think at the moment is you go and see a GP and be somewhat upfront. I know it's hard to have belief in the medical system when it hasn't done much for you in the past, but it's worth another go.

The system in this country is pretty badly set up, I speak from experience as a mental health worker and former service user, so I've seen both sides of the desk. I'm very sorry to hear of your situation.

Sadly the only advice I can offer is to reach out to your GP or present to emergency and ask to speak with a social worker, see if they can facilitate some urgent support for you.
