Mal (#12 waiver) just wants you to use your #4 waiver so he moves up to #11 and you move down to #12, which is smart on his part. Just pick up the players you want after 3AM on Monday when all of the free agent players become available

Do the wavers go through at 3am est Monday

They take an extra hour for some reason, so like 4am to 4:30am for players with waivers on them. They don't become available at 3am like the rest of the players, so between 3-4am you can see which players people used a waiver on if the circle to left of them is still yellow instead of green

To be clear, you can't use a waiver past 3am, it just takes an hour for Yahoo to process the waivers. If you're gonna use a waiver do it before 3am

It takes 2 days for a player to clear waivers after being dropped by a team. So the same rules and times apply there too
