I don't think you should be helping him. I don't think anybody should be helping anybody else that's collaboration or collusion or whatever it's not fair to the people who have had a free ride

You have a starting lineup other than the one D player. So there are free agents to grab to fill it.

Click where it says players on the menu and search for all defense and look for a guy

We're limited to 5 bench players.
You have 6, with one starting spot vacant. So you'll have to drop a guy to add a guy.

Injured Reserve. It doesn't count as a normal bench spot so you'll gain an open spot if you put that guy in IR
