yup - it's ridiculous with the injuries.....but if you can overcome them, you can win it all


last year with the covid list bullshit sucked - all of a sudden nobody has covid anymore, notice that?
 
Yeah it's garbage. There's a hidden side to the NFL for lack of a better word. But Tom Brady leads it with his cricket diet. Obey and we'll give him another lombardi.
 
So I assume if I make it to the championship or super bowl or whatever, that I'll only have two teams to pick players from?
 
Will the real Tom Brady please stand up

The playoffs are the last three weeks of the regular season.
Our league is finished before the NFL playoffs begin.
You can still fantasy during the NFL playoffs, but it's like that yeah, limited.
 
Oh nice so we don't need to pick players on good teams right, it ends before playoffs, is that typical of leagues?

If you still want to fantasy after our fantasy season, it's daily fantasy mostly, or some other format.
 
right - we don't play the final week NFL regular season week because a bunch of teams rest their starters the week before the NFL playoffs if they already clinched a playoff spot - so you have the fantasy championship be the 2nd to last week of the NFL regular season schedule
 
And if you don't make the top 8 teams for playoffs. I think we still have some consolation games. So like 9 v 12 and 10 v 11. It just doesn't count towards a championship.
 
I should probably keep herbert and patterson now, right? I almost tried to trade Patterson
 
Patterson was good last year. and per krink he's one of the top RB's this year. I liked him because he was rostered as a RB, WR. So either spot.

I see he's just a RB this year. Some Defense gusy I see are LB DE. I have a CB, S on my team. For injuries, it's a little easier to move them around. But they also may underperform a higher caliber player.
 
wait til the bye weeks start - you guys are gonna be pulling your hair out

you can get a bunch of cheap wins during those weeks too if some of these guys lose interest


i'll weed out the deadbeats again after this season so it'll get more competitive with time - it takes a couple years to get a good league going with solid managers and this one has a ton of potential

right - sometimes the teams that start shitty, catch fire at the end of the season, so yea you can potentially be running Trevor Lawrence out there and win it all if he goes off those last 2 or 3 weeks of the season
 
but can we even say Jacksonville is shitty anymore?


Let's say the Jets instead - they still suck
