Football Fantasy Football 2022 Regular Season

My Organic prof used to tell us the night before an exam he'd go see a movie when he was a student. I was more the type to smoke a bowl and let it simmer.
So yesterday i took some mushrooms.
But the draft room opens 30 minutes prior to the draft.

I'm logged into the Yahoo league but that's all I know how to do lol. Will the draft just start and I pick players, or do I need to do anything else? I have zero idea what I'm even doing

yea there's a link that'll pop up 30 minutes before the draft, and it'll open up another window and you'll be in it

that's when you'll see the draft order also - yahoo randomly selects it
 
I assume I need to draft a player for every position, I can't just draft all quarterbacks, right? Do I need a kicker?
 
After lots of research, I think I figured out which team is Mal's :)

I shoulda made my team The Skittles and my logo a green Skittle and then outperform Mal's team in losses for the season
 
pick your kicker last, or not at all. that's what my friend told me.
Pick a RB first. then WR, or QB. Definitely try to nab those top three rounds you pick.
You'll need three WR each week in your lineup, and 2 RB, and 1 QB, 1 TE, and one flex, or WR/RB/TE
 
Krinkle waits on picking a QB, cuz there's only one in the lineup.
He wins with that strategy. I get runner up with my go for a top QB. So it's up to you.

only if you have him in the lineup for that week. You have 5 bench spots and two IR spots on the roster. So you can bench him or put him on IR if he's injured that week. And start another player from your bench lineup or trade (uncommon) or pick up a free agent.
But sometimes it's a gametime decision and yes you will lose points if they decide last minute not to play that day and he's starting on your lineup.
You have up until that player's game starts that week, (i.e. 1p sunday or thurs, mon, sun) to pull him out of your lineup.
 
And guys, you have to draft individual defense. So probably when it gets to round 10 or so, start filling in your team with LB, CB, and S for the 8 defensive spots.

yea you'll see your team and what positions still need to be filled as you're drafting

there's 5 bench spots also - so really you would only be able to draft 6 QBs if you actually did that (1 active 5 on the bench)


do your offense first, then your defense - kicker last

and pick your cornerbacks 2 rounds before that - also at the end
 
don't worry about corners too much either as you can swap them out every week based on matchups, and still do really well
