Okay, I know I can't spell. But, has anyone ever heard of dipping a cigerette in famaldihide and smoking it after it dries to get high. I've had two people now tell me about this. Sounds disgusting. Has anyone tried this? What was your experience?

Formaldehyde is poisonous (read: used to preserve animal specimens) and those people you mentioned are stupid.

ahhh... fake dust... i believe the high you get from formaldehyde alone can be compared to a prolonged Glue high... yum!!! But the good dealers dose their embalming fluid with PCP!
DARE obviously didn't work so kids are willing to try anything that'll get you mad fucked up. But this stuff is very very bad for you.

From Eroiwd’s Vaults……..” PCP - 'Embalming Fluid' - 'Wet' - 'Fry'
What Is It and What Do People Think It Is?”
There are constantly re-circulating rumors that these substances do not contain PCP, but are instead simply formaldehyde or embalming fluid. In most instances PCP is not mentioned when the substance is sold or discussed. But there is evidence to support that this is mostly a case of confused slang terms. 'Embalming Fluid' is a common street slang term for PCP and has been for many years. PCP can come in liquid form, so the term 'fluid' would be fitting. It is entirely possible (actually quite likely) that this confusion has gone so far as to cause a new trend where PCP is actually mixed with formaldehye (or other 'embalming fluids') and used as a recreational psychoactive, but there is little evidence that the formaldehyde itself causes any pleasant or desirable effects.
Formaldehyde is a known carcinogen linked to nasal and lung cancer, and with possible links to brain cancer and leukemia and should not be smoked.

While in the "lab" I have inhaled (not purposely) formaldehyde fumes and it give me terrible headaches...I'm also convinced I'm mildly permanently brain damaged from the stuff. It is very, very carcinogenice - NOT worth it by any means.

there is no fermaldehide (sp) or embalming fluid in either of these, it is another slang term for pcp, if someone actually uses embalming fluid then that is just because they are ignorant to the fact that it is just a slang word. fermaldehyde and embalming fluid, or wet, whatever you want to call it are all terms of pcp

He said methanal not methanol. Methanal is just another term for formaldeyhde. Methanol, wood alcohol, is metabolized into methanal and formic acid when consumed by humans. That is why methanol is highly toxic.

pharmaldahide (however you spell it) is something you do not want to get yourself into. about a year ago a friend of mine who works at a pet store was stealing that shit from the back. we falsefully thought it would be like the same thing as PCP or simular stimulant. we dipped ciggs in them, after a few drags i never touched that shit again. its discusting taste, as it goes into your lungs actually makes your lungs feel like their rotting away. what it actually is is embalming fluid used for animals and dead people. by putting that shit in your lungs its purpose is to preserve (freeze sort of?) your lungs... eww. stay the fuck away .
