Im with the majority on this one that counselor sounds like the boy who cried wolf. Opiates depress the cns, meaning your breathing slows, and what not. Your ticker will only stop when your brains out of oxygen do to shallow/non existent breathing. That only happens at high doses\low\unknown tolerance.
