Fake Oxycontin? 80mg Fentanyl Canada 2017

Hi.

I am trying to find out or identify a pill.

I was told it is or was an 80mg Oxycontin "CDN".

1. First of all, its not green, its white, its round.
2. Its much smaller than typical 80mg OCD
3. It doesnt taste anything like oxycodone or oxycontin. It tastes similar to babypowder or something.
4. It is definitely a drug narcortic, possible opiate based on the way it makes you feel. But very short lived buzz feeling.
5. One side says 80, other side says CDN.
6. SWIM was told its a "CDN" Oxycontin 80mg that had coating removed. Which sounds like BS.
7. I looked online and the closest thing I see says its Fentanyl or Phantom Fentanyl. I am not sure what that is or means. Does that mean it has oxy mixed with Fentanyl?
8. The ones SWIM normally see are OCD 80 APO which are legit.

What are these pills? Are they completely fake? Partially fake? Mixed?
