Sounds like a likely situation I may encounter as well --- ill have to give the tek a good look. I was hoping itd just be an ISO soak or something lol

Current popular tek. I've heard it's relatively easy and gives pure mescaline (not dirty sanchez/mixed alkaloids)

This is nutty, I know DMT extractions (especially straight-to-base pulls) are comically simple but mescaline extraction was never harder than baking brownies for me, personally.

Also for people reading this thread in the future, I deleted a handful of posts that mentioned sourcing, if there are some context holes in the thread, that's why.
 
When you put liquid to a kilo of cactus it just blows up into a football of snot. Mimosa root bark never did that

Did I miss a meeting?
 
The other thing was after spending a week on the extraction you took one sip of the snot, gipped and put the cup back down saying "Fuck that"

I will say my first true botanical extraction was with super dessicated san pedro. I went thru a few blenders before realizing a garbage disposal was going to be the only way. Took me a week and quite a bit of money to compile 10kg of powder. I proceeded to extract what I could I was using xylene a/b in my bedroom at parents house it's a a miracle I never got caught. As Ismene mentioned I remembered thinking this was very dirty smelly and snotty work. I can't wait to get mescaline!

I think I only extracted a few kg due to solvent supply but when all was said and done I had 250mg of what I assumed was pure mescaline. While I was proud to have extracted/made a psychedelic, in retrospect, it wasn't worth it except as a learning experience about curiousity/hard work. I didn't really get much chemistry skills even aside from liquid liquid extraction and the concept of A/B which I didn't understand. Back then I was certainly just following instructions.

These days, mescaline itself is so available, I wouldn't bother though some of my cacti are supposedly 5% dry weight, I just grow em now.

I didnt give out a source. So many times OP has posted saying they don't know what they took, i posted a picture of how to test it.

Here's my FTIR test results, i use the same name for everything, and a few others testing their mescaline its obviously all coming from the same place, testing site is still down but its pages of the same positive mescaline results. Getting fake mescaline, based on these results, is no longer the norm, in Canada. You know we have like mushroom dispensaries in Canada that sell DMT and LSD and no one cares right? I can post proof proof in the media section there if you want, its not a secret. Not one word of my post was lie. I have a picture of the branded bottle it came in too but I'm sure you would melt if posted it.
