Fake mephedrone?

I got some what I think is mephedrone, it was labelled as it. But wondering if it could be fake?
Just at a dose of only just over 200mg orally, and it's gotten me really out of breath
This is the 2nd time now the first time was a higher dose and it was worse. Could this be something else, or is this possible to happen with it being real.
I know it's possible and it could be new, or maybe something else. But such a small dose shouldn't cause that

Yes... I snorted something from my dealer... who had provided me with the real thing for a few years...but this (small white rocks) smelled different...had a similar kind of...allergic type reaction ...but still did the gram... but just made me a bit mellow, nothing like the real thing. Seems to have made me very ill...i took it in October but still smell of it...a slight oily quality to skin...my semen smells strongly of it still...
