Fake mdma?

There was a post on Bluelight where a lab tested around 30 research chemicals with marquis, mandelin etc just trying to find it.

Found it.. 4-FA tests up as nothing on marquis, good page this. Nothing tested seems to go dark black on marquis, most look pretty watery.

There's a post in the 5-mapb thread in PD where a Marquis test of 5-mapb brought a very similar result to MDMA.

Could 5-mapb be leaking onto the street as MDMA..? Because I bloody hope not, I've been fearing this for some time!

I had the same stuff on thursday / friday, had a gram between thursday night and friday morning


No euphoria at all... but had eye wobbles / gurning to the max, couldn't control my eyes tbh, was labelled as pure MDMA, lab and reagent tested

But defo not MDMA... just doesn't seem right, still recovering now... but almost back to normal, keep getting random pulses round my body, like little electric shocks every now and again, hope my nerves are alright

Bingo... Fucking Brain Zaps! My money's on 5-mapb!

We all need to employ another test on top of the Marquis, something to help differeniate MDMA & 5-mapb. Possibly other APB reactions might help... I havent got a full reagent set but if anyone does, please try to find another reagent that brings differing results for MDMA & 5-mapb...

In the meantime be advised that, at least in my opinion, 5-mapb should be avoided like the fucking plague!

What's 5-mapb like sexually? 5-apb is aboout the only alleged entactogen that turns you completely off sexually - which is why it made me think of 5-apb immediately when he said he couldn't get a jack on.

Meph, methylone, MDMA, 6-apb all give you a cheap thrill.

Sadly, it's more of an expensive thrill, as far as after effects go...

I never used the APB's other than a cautious, very low test dose of each, neither of which I enjoyed or repeated.

5-mapb I enjoyed thoroughly, but even though I used very little, I used it injudiciously & I poisoned myself on it & now warn about it at every opportunity. I don't recall a huge sexual push but I was working on music on the stuff, distracted.

My money's on 5-mapb coz from my limited experience it's the only recent compound that closely mimics MDMA & also tests purple/black with Marquis. I don't know what results you get with Marquis on the 5/6-APB...
