Fake ladys details?

Well today I am about to get my first rolls, but my guy says he has double stacked blue ladies... facing right. Now from what I heard all the ones faceing right are all fake although are there any that face right that arent fake? really not wanting to mess up my first pick up.

edit: just clearing up but im looking for if I should see if they are dark? light? spotted? not spotted? etc.

Alright update I got double stacked blue ladies faceing left. Took 2 of em and had a great first roll.

oh they where really good. Although one of my friends I did it with is haveing a really bad comedown. Shes better though now and im happy I got to do it with some really cool friends.
