Sorry in advance if this has been covered before. I searched extensively and couldn't find any information.

A source that I use was recently called out for selling fake A 215's. I've never had issues with this source in the past but the discovery makes me worried about some Dilaudid P 4's (4mg) I got from him recently.

I don't have experience with dillies and am curious about any ways to test their legitimacy by taste, look, feel, etc? I am familiar with taste testing roxies, for example, and wonder if there is a similar test I can perform on these P 4's.

I snorted 3/4 of one yesterday afternoon just to test them out (before learning about the fakes). I didn't expect to get very high considering the low dose but it's interesting that I didn't get itchy at all and my pupils stayed 100% intact. The drip taste kind of reminded me of what CWE'd Vicodin or Norcos taste like.

The beveled edge on these dillies and imprint look identical to anything I can find online. The denial mechanism in my brain is telling me that it'd be unusual for someone to take the time to make fake 4's and would instead spend that effort on higher priced products.

Does anyone have any other tips on how I can test their legitimacy?

Other than getting a real lab to test it, there really isnt a way. Things like visual inspection or taste testing are completely misleading and unreliable. Since you already took some, I imagine you can do a urine test to see if opioids come up, assuming you havent taken any other opiate/oid but even the home kits you can buy online or at a pharmacy normally dont test specifically for hydromorphone and can also be rather inaccurate.

^ This.

Unfortunately there's no foolproof way to identify substances without testing. Because that's the case substance ID threads are against the rules, therefor I have to close this thread. For all we know they could pressed with fent like some of the oxy's that were going around not too long ago, last thing we need is to instill confidence leading to an overdose.

However being that you already took some it's unlikely there would be a dangerously high dose (unless the binder and contents weren't homogeneous during pressing). Anywho I'm afraid there's nothing we can do other than urge you to send them in for testing. Good luck! Welcome to bluelight btw :)
