Toss them and try, try again ...
Where? we can't say ... Literally
Best of luck ♥️

Yes that's what I'll probably do bin them but what about withdrawals? I'm prescribed mirtazapine olanzapine an that's all I have
That's an entirely different question...

Would you like me to change the title of your thread to attract more answers to this or would you prefer to see if anyone comes forward with a possible solution ?

If you are in withdrawals and can't get any more, these are supplements you can buy locally today that will actually help and give some palpable relief of withdrawal symptoms:

- Agmatine Sulfate - proven in animal studies to relieve diazepam withdrawals. Also works for alcohol withdrawal.

- magnesium supplements. Avoid magnesium oxide or magnesium citrate, they are not much more than laxatives. You really want magnesium glycinate and magnesium taurate. Avoid glycinate if you have a history of heavy alcohol abuse-- I had a bad reaction to it. Acytelated Magnesium Taurate is the best form IMHO

(By extension, most bath salt bombs are very rich in magnesium... not bath salts the drug, real bath salts)

- DLPA (D/L phenethylamine) will help boost dopamine and will offset some symptoms

-Vitamin C and B complex.... do not underestimate the power of these vitamins. Vitamin C has been shown to significantly remediate heroin withdrawal. The stuff works. NAC provides a similar function via being a glutathione precursor.

- muscimol and kavalactones... if you can find legit muscimol and combine it with high quality noble kava, it will completely counteract your withdrawals and even aids in resensitizing them, but please PM me before you even attempt this because 95% of the products out there are either bunk or laced with RC tryptamines

- Ashwagandha, this stuff can actually help quite a bit, but you need quality KSM-66 extract. It also takes a few days to really start working, but I found it quite useful for reducing adrenaline, managing stress, and it can even give you a unique buzz in high doses (but don't intentionally try to get high on it... because you cant)

-Magnolia, mulungu bark, fresh valerian root oil, lemon balm, these can also help to various degrees but dont go spending a bunch of money on all this shit, im just throwing out suggestions

You mention a couple antipsychotics you are prescribed (I assume). These will help you sleep.... but I would say quetiapine is preferred in general for this.

But if there was 1 supplement I would never try detoxing off benzos without, it would be Agmatine Sulfate. It has been documented to reduce benzo withdrawal by 30% just by taking it... and that is consistent with my own experiments. It significantly reduces benzo AND alcohol withdrawal AND opioid &stim withdrawals to a lesser extent. Its an amazing endogenous molecule...

Also, the biggest piece of advice I can give ypu: EAT HEALTHY.

I WILL SAY AGAIN, EAT HEALTHY NATURAL FOODS.

Eating a diet of sugar, fats, processed foods will only delay healing and prolong your withdrawals.

Eat a diet of, for example, lean chicken meat and vegetables. It speeds up the withdrawal healing process more than you imagine. Eating junk food delays it. High sugar intake will also exacerbate your withdrawal symptoms.

Thanks for the suggestions I will look into these supplements an do a bit of research

Are they in blisters? bensedin is a proper make and should have lot numbers and expiry dates embossed on the edges of the strips. If they're packaged like that then I'd be very surprised if they're fakes. More so if they come with boxes and leaflets1. That said if you scan through wedinos you'll see a few blistered benzos that are tested as fakes. Never seen a fake that was in embossed packaging with a multi-layer pill (the bensedin I've taken have a sweet outer coating).

If they're not just loose pills (in which case at best they are a crappy RC and at worse something dangerous) then it may just be that your not used to them - especially if they're diazepam since they have a crazy long half life especially vs xannies (activis are a type of xannie I think). It's often the case that switching benzos can leave you feeling meh .. as there's a huge psychological element to benzos and you're expecting effect (a) but getting a slower effect (b) (assuming youir getting diazepam here). You have to be on real edge to feel them every time. For example - go on a meth bender and get twitchy as all hell then pop a half and chances are you're really know about it (obviously .. don't try that at home kiddies).

If they're fakes chuck em .. if they're clearly professionally produced then give em another go. They'll at least hold the WDs at bay. Valium is the ideal benzo for handling withdrawal - I find I can just take 4 or 5 then stop and have no withdrawals. Since my first ever withdrawl was on fentanyl .. you may struggle to "walk it off," like me and may find you need to taper by taking one or two every few days for a week or two. Feel free to PM me if you're struggling .. and get em tested if your worried. In the UK wedinos is a wonderful resource for such things.

less likely but the fucking counter fitters are sneaky shits and are capable of doing this sadly

yeah get em tested, wedinos is in the UK, hopefully you have something similar where you are?

@Mike logan sorry I can't really help with solid advice myself but others should be able to, it's worth you explaining more about where you are, what you're taking including dose, why you're taking it e.g. sleep/anxiety (more if you're comfy sharing), if you're already tapering and how long for, other things you use.

very different advice I think if you have a serious 5 year habit and risk seizes versus you're down to 5mg of Diazapem a day after using them for 3 months.

if you've not already have a read about benzo taper & substitution taper (Ashton‑style).
