Is this normal?

Over NYE I tried a really small amount of speed (snorted) for the first time while clubbing. I'm talking 4 tiny specks over a stretch of 4 hours. I was also on lyrica but I did not find any listed interactions between them. I'm a 29 year old thin male who isn't in the best shape,

I did notice during the club night that at one point I felt tired and had to catch my breath (but I had been dancing most of the time). The next morning I felt a slight on-and-off pain on the left side of my chest. Didn't touch it again and 3 weeks later I still notice it every now and then.

I had my blood pressure taken and it was normal. I could just be paranoid but I wanted to know if anybody else has experienced this.

I'm pretty sure it has to do with the cardiovascular system. Or the lungs. If it doesn't go away within two weeks I recommend seeing a doctor.

Lyrica (Pregabalin , sorry for the typo's) will make you feel wonky even of it's own accord.
Stims seems to be the phantom in this case, If I've got the acronym correct of NYE.
L isomer and D isomer broken down and insufflated will make your heart race. I'm not from the states; and no Doctor. I just assume it was ADD,erall was the culprit.
The L isomer will make your heart rate go up. If you burned, mixed and/or snorted. this will get rid of the other crap they put in it.
This stuff has a half life of 12 hours at most.
If your really worried, try taking a blood pressure pill from your doctor. Propranolol, I'm not sure if that's the brand or generic term.
It'll make sure you don't have a stroke or heart attack. It's non addictive and will make sure there's no chance of raising blood pressure.
Don't worry though, you'll be fine.
Perhaps ask for your blood pressure to be checked.
Please don't mix substances.

IME, this is pretty common with stimulants, but when it comes to a symptom like chest-pains, you never want to take it lightly...but on stimulants, I've had all kinds of bizarre pains and tingles, strange things with my heart...I'm talking about 20 years of abusing different stimulants...The few times I've actually had it checked out, I was told I was fine....That being said, you should seek medical attention immediately if you're scared, but what you're describing is a common side-effect of stimulant use.

Update: Got it checked out by the doc. Blood pressure is borderline high and I have a high heart rate.

I had a bunch of tests done: Echo, stress test, and blood work. The doc thought he spotted a shunt while doing the echo, but could not confirm it. Everything else came out normal so right now it looks like I don't have any heart problems.

i get chest pains all the time but my hearts fine (got it checked at cardiologist several times)

if you're borderline high sober,
then what is your bloodpressure like on amphetamines?

worrying about ur blood pressure/heart while on amphetamines is only going to make your bloodpressure go higher,
but for safety's sake.. .with a borderline high blood pressure u shouldnt do amphetamines at all,

or push ur body to other extremes like Benzo/opiate withdrawal.
none of that is good for bloodpressure

get some mild exercise regularly, etc
