Failed to Recover After PCT!

I was on a anavar cycle only ( I know, wrong thing to do) ....did the pct! still no libido! After the bloodtest it seems that my test level is normal, hormones levels normal! But still no libido! Whats should I do next? go see a specialized doctor?
