Ill start with some background. I have been using drugs recreationally for the past 4 years. I smoked cannabis daily for a year and a half before switching to opiates that I used almost daily until a year ago. I was mainly using hydrocodone and oxycodone. A year ago I got on probation and began using kratom and herbal synthetic cannabinoid blends. I have kept a daily habit of both, but recently decided to quit the herbal blends. The past 3 months I have been smoking between 10 and 20 grams weekly of some very potent stuff. I have attempted to quit before but was unsuccessful. After alot of research I have come up with what I think is a good regiment to help combat the withdrawals. I am currently 48 hours in to being smoke free. The main withdrawal symptoms that I am having problems with is lethargy, suppressed appetite, bad anxiety, depression, and boredom.
I was hoping I could get some input on my regiment, any help would be appreciated.
Supplements : Magnesium Malate 425 mg 3x/daily, piracetam 1.6 grams 3x/daily, Alive men's energy multivitamin 1x/daily, b-vitamin complex 1x/daily and fish oils 360 mg omega-3 2x/daily. I also take my usual kratom dose in the morning.
