ive started noticing that when im coming down, or still up but not completly so, i cant control my facial expressions( on speed). its kinda like the muscles are constricted, and it takes real effort to smile.
imagine you are wrinkling your nose, then lessen it a bit, and raise your eye brows a bit, my face stays like that.
anyone else have that?

I know exactly what you mean. I call it my "speed mask". When I've been up for days and I'm completely shagged my face unconsciously grimaces just like you described.
Sometimes other people notice and always ask if I'm OK. It's like the look that people get on their faces when they've just been told that someone has died. Even if you're laughing on the inside, you face doesn't show it, unless you make a conscius effort to change your expression.
It usually means it's time to go to bed.

Totally normal...tweaker twitches/tics....if you do speed too much or too often it can become more problematic...but if it's only occasional and mild then I wouldn't worry about it.

Yeah that's normal mate. Just try to keep your face relaxed when you're up (no tooth grinding etc) and you'll find it a little easier to return to normal afterwards.

Ya that shit is perfectly normal to some people coming down from speed & coke. It's kind of like a tempory bout of bells palsy. You gotta be careful though with prolonged use. I know some old head girl who know has no muscle control on the one half of her face from prolonged use of coke & speed. It's fucking scary looking...
