EZtest not so easy?

Im trying to help a friend out to get a hold of eztest she ordered a test from them and its starting to go on a month now and still nothing. Whats the best way to get a hold of these guys or what should she do next?

Those bastards are unreliable over there... should have just ordered the bottle from Dancesafe.org in my opinion, you get a better deal when you buy from them too (100s of tests, instead of like 5)

Ive had bad luck with ez test also... shipping seemed to take a long time and the first package had a few vials broken and others just plain empty... i contacted them by email and they replaced the shipment so they are reputable... just shipping to the states seems to be kinda inconsistent..

Aside from that i hate the new style single use vials that ez test switched to... they are a pain in the ass, and occasionaly fingers, and you only get 12 tests for about the same price as 60-70 with the bottles...

Dancesafe still uses the bottles and is the brand i use and reccomend... also the test kit arrived at my door only 4 days after i ordered it with just normal shipping
