Hey folks,

i hope it's okay to mention the company eztest. I ordered the xtrem-testkit about 2 months ago, and they successfully recieved my 36€ after i used my "bluelight" cupon code.
Any my order status is still "pending". Now i either want my money back or i want the product ASAP :X
They don't have a mail address and the contact-form does not work. I get an error message all the time. i wrote a mail to the address that i got when i paid with Paypal, but i don't get a response.

Because bluelight seems to have something to do with that side (the coupon code) i'd thought i ask here. If any more details are needed just ask me. I don't think it's normal to wait for something 2 monts after payment, and it hasn't even been shipped. Are they still alive? I want my money back or the Kit! But i don't know how to contact them. maybe one of you guys has an anwer.

Depends on where you are I guess. They are shipping from the netherlands and i got my shit in about 3-4 weeks from them. They ain't dead.
 
Bluelight has nothing to do with EZ Test. EZ Test only offers Bluelighter's a discount as a goodwill gesture and in no way are the owners of BL or PR.com affiliated with them AFAIK.

I'm sorry you guys are having problems with EZ Test. EZ used to visit this board often but I have not seen them around in quite some time. I wish I could help you guys further but I've never talked to Easy E (the EZ Test rep here on BL) and wouldn't know them if they came to my front door. :(
 
okay, if that guy doesn't clue us in i just want my money back
Since he doesn't reply to his mail i have no way. Or is there another way to get my money back.
 
If you paid via PayPal, file a dispute with them. Tell them you have never received the product. It's a shame you guys are having such problems with EZ Test. :(

it's been a while since I have been here so let me explain some things to you concerning your EZ Test orders. We have recently launched a new website which hopefully will contribute to a better customer care system. The new website is only one of many improvements to come within the next few months.

Although I am aware of the problems mentioned on bluelight you should know that these represent only a very small portion of the total amount of orders that are processed every week. Unfortunately, happy customers do not start a thead here...

I get a lot of tests sent back to me because people do not pick them up at the post office or they have supplied the wrong address. For instance, one guy lived in florida and had me send the package to a maryland address. Then he started to complain about it... There's really not much I can do about this kind of thing... My sincere apologies for the mishaps and I promise that if you contact me through the helpdesk function of the web site all issues will be dealt with and will be resolved in an amicable manner.
