I finally got a email reply on 1/19 that indicated my order "was sent the day after". I replied asking "the day after what?" but my emails are again being ignored.

I'm not sure how these kits are being sent, but I guess it's by putting them in a bottle and throwing them in the ocean. I ordered a small item for $8 from Hong Kng and it got to the US three days after I ordered it.

I will try to resolve this by filing a dispute with Paypal.

I was planning on buying a kit, but if they care about me just as much as the average person from Bluelight, I wouldn't necessarily expect to even get what I pay for. I emailed them a month ago with one simple question and they haven't responded.

Does anyone have any idea as to why they only seem to be reliable sometimes?

Are there any alternative websites to order similar, reliable kits from? I don't even care if I get to use the BL discount, I just want to make sure it arrives.
A friend of mine recieved the index card/testing kit/banner package from Dancesafe.org. Has anyone ordered a kit directly from their website?
