EZtest.com not shipping orders again

Crap I just placed a order with EZTest a min ago. Is there a way to cancel it or should I wait it out?

I dont think you can Canx your order with them at such short notice - you can 'try' to contact them via their support function (you have to log on) but dont hold your breath waiting for the reply.
 
Well they sent me a email saying its been shipped out today so I guess i'll wait and see. Where exactly is this coming from i live in the U.S. so its coming from overseas? I'll keep everyone updated

Thats good news that they replied as quickly - it is being shipped from Holland so may take a while.

It would be great if you updated when you received your kit so others can see how long it took.
 
Oh ok cool. I've gotten stuff from there before took about 2 weeks max. I'll keep everyone updated on what happends
 
^Yeah the company you used are great - seriously I have used them a number of times without any problems at all (or I wouldnt suggest them).

The problem I have is they also sell 'legal highs' and some drug paraphernalia that could be illegal in some countries so we cant leave the name on the site.

I actually run what i think is the aforementioned company (not eztest). I'm glad to hear that some of you seem to be happy with the service and i hope that you'd let us know if you're ever unhappy by contacting us directly or through this forum by PM'ing me. We're working hard to make sure that you get the best access possible to the kits for the best value for money which is why we've dropped the price of the kits to make them a great deal more accessible than before. We work closely with EZTest and I know that currently they're working really hard on a new range of kits which will be out at the end of Feb, early March so i think this is why some of you might find your kits being delayed. We're constantly looking for new ways to get the products closer to you to make life easier and quicker still for your orders and are hoping to find a possibility soon who can distribute them in US and elsewhere - if anyone has any ideas we're open to these of course.

I did see that there are some rumours that we sell legal highs which is not correct, although we do sell a few bits of limited paraphernalia. It was something we looked into when we opened up the company a few years ago but decided after experiencing the huge differences in what was supposed to be the same pills, that it wasn't really very responsible to sell these until we could get detailed lab reports or some form of screening to ensure they are what they claim to be which just isn't happening. This is one of the reasons why we've invested in creating a new range of herbal kits as well as extending the currect range which will also help detect most of the banned substances in the so called legal high market that are still being used.

I hope that you don't see this as company promotion but I just wanted to clear up some of the discrepencies. As i said all feed-back, positive and negative is very much welcomed and expected. Thanks for reading if you got this far.

Just as an Update - this person has PM'd me directly and they work for a company called 'ednyrion' (a different company to what is being discussed above) they sell all the standard kits, if you want to have a look then please follow the banner at the top of the page on Pillreports.

I remember I ordered a kit years ago... Maybe in 2002-2003ish... It came from Amsterdam. I was living with my parents at the time and they asked what was in the package from amsterdam.. I was hitting up the gym pretty hard at that point so I just told them they were workout supplement pills. My mom flipped out and said all that shit is garbage now throw it away......

are the EZ tests still shipping out of Amsterdam. HOTiSO maybe the package got lost coming over seas. Maybe customs confiscated it. Does EZ test website offer shipping with a tracking number?

I stopped rolling pretty much a long time ago. If I do roll its so infrequently and I dont need the kits

I ordered ez tests from a different website than the one currently on PR... I honestly don't remeber the website name but the prices were different for sure... more... I ordered 1 bottle of marquis... was going to be $20 for the bottle and another $15 to ship...

Well I received an email 2 days after placing my online order telling me that the old style tests were no longer available... they would either refund my credit card or let me choose a total of 12 packages of the new style tests in any reagent or combination of reagents I wanted...

I chose a variety and received them in 2 weeks...

One vial was dry (no reagent) and 2 others were crushed in shipping... I wasn't really bothered by this because most were fine but I sent an email suggesting checking the vials for reagent before shipping and perhaps using tougher packaging...

I got an email back asking which reagents it was and they said they would send replacements...

I messaged back saying that's not neccesary as it was only 3 out of 24 vials that were damaged and only one was their fault... told them not to waste international shipping to send 1-3 vials... I was just giving them a heads up....

2 weeks later I got a very securely packaged cardoard flat in the mail with a full set of 6 reagents (12 vials)....

I can probably look thru my email and find the site.... but their customer service and guarantee of their product are top notch in my book

I ordered the COMPLETE' EZ TEST KIT from ednyrion just a month ago and they shipped it to Colombia without any problems. Just use paypal for payment metod if you are afraid of your credit card info.

The kits were in a very nice bubble packaging and the whole trasnsaction was smooth. I recomend them
 
Dear everyone,
here's some news from EZ Test HQ. When reading this old thread I can see that many people had to wait for a long period of time to receive their order back in november/december and jan.
Here's why: the US government decided to make it a rule that all postal parcels that could not be seen as letters were not allowed to enter the country by plane. This measure was taken as an antiterrorist measure. So postal companies had to ship using freight boats, which took forever to get there. My sincere apologies for this, but this was somewhat beyondmy control, nor did anyone tell me about this until february...

This was one of the reasons for me to push the project that we've been working on for a while now forward and speed up the introducion of our new packaging and reagents. Everything seems to be up and running smoothly again. we're able to ship 4 times a week,. where lead times have become shorter since we can use normal (letter) mail, which is handled by machines rather than man power.

Here are some key aspects of the new product line:

More reagents and more specific tests
One step (single use) tests, safe and easy to use
super user friendly, completely idiot-proof: open ampule, drop in sample, observe colors

^ @ewoud- yea the ones I ordered I got from your company because you are the one who the emails were from =D

Your customer service is excellent..

But what about simons and robadope?

And I still want bottles too... I've already gone thru half f these tests... I don't even wanna use them...

When ihad bottles of reagent I would test everything I could... id test friends stuff all the time as well.... but with these new style ones I'm very reluctant to "waste" a test if I don't need to...
 
We're working on simons and robadope's. it's a bit hard to get everything in 1 ampoule and keep it stable...
As for the choice to move away from bottles: we did a survey about a year ago and the results from that (n=400) indicated that the thing people would like to see improved was:
- faster shipping
- longer shelf life (you won't believe the amount of emails we got: 'I bought a test 3 years ago and it has gone bad? WTF?'
- less hassle to do a test (no plates, etc.)
and less chances to get exposed to dangerous chems.

We believe that by switching to the ampoules we have found a solution for most of these problems, they ship as regular mail (faster because it's sorted by machines), they're super user friendly, super portable and safe and they have a shelf life of more than 3 years.

I understand you point in saying that for heavy users (survey indicated people used them on average 6-20 times) it can get expensive. I would just like to point out that there are discounts when you get more and free shipping. when you use your ' bluelight ' coupon it saves you another 10%.

I will keep you posted on the updates about future developments, there are more to come in the near future!
 
so where is a good and quick place to get a testing kit? I wish CVS would sell them. how long would the dancesafe complete adulterant kit last? I wouldn't need to test very often and understand that they do go bad in time.
