EZtest.com - Non response to orders ?????

I see many users here are claiming that bought kits from EZTest.com and never had a response or they're items shipped.

Im kind of worried because i just ordered a testing kit.

I guess i still can claim for Non-received item on PayPal's website, and hopely get my money back. However, im pretty angry about how dishonest they could had be not responding customers :X
 
I just got refunded by paypal for the claim I filed against eztest.

My order from Dancesafe got here in two days.
 
i started a dispute against eztest on paypal, i would appreciate it if everyone who doesn't get their stuff could join.

Yeah, I started a disputes against them after not receiving my kit and having my emails ignored for a month. I just won and as a refund, they are making me accept a new kit (which I really don't want considering I gave up and ordered a kit from dancesafe -which by the way works great!). Just go to dancesafe. They have a made a few reported mistakes but have a much better reputation than eztest.com. Don't waste your time. If you file a report, make sure you make it clear you only want your money back.
 
I tried to look up you case number from my paypal account and couldn't. If you can tell me how I can help you with your case, I will. In the mean time, lets work to warn others.
 
eztest is just working really slow. They have really poor customer service but they still come through if you have patience. see my post waiting for my tester =]
 
Yeah... I've been keeping an eye on thread since you started it. I've been waiting (an I think allot of people have) much longer than you. You seem to be lucky. It's been over a month for me now.
 
In regards to the PayPal case - I don't think anyone but the purchaser & the seller can be involved in the dispute, since they are the only two parties involved. If anyone else has to file a claim with PayPal, stress to them that you do not want the product and you have reordered from another supplier, and to refund you the money you spent. They should be able to do that for you.

I'm sorry you guys are having such problems with EZ Test - I am not affiliated with them in any way & can only recommend DanceSafe as they are the only ones I have dealt with over the years (and never once had a problem).

it's been a while since I have been here so let me explain some things to you concerning your EZ Test orders. We have recently launched a new website which hopefully will contribute to a better customer care system. The new website is only one of many improvements to come within the next few months.

Although I am aware of the problems mentioned on bluelight you should know that these represent only a very small portion of the total amount of orders that are processed every week. Unfortunately, happy customers do not start a thead here...

I get a lot of tests sent back to me because people do not pick them up at the post office or they have supplied the wrong address. For instance, one guy lived in florida and had me send the package to a maryland address. Then he started to complain about it... There's really not much I can do about this kind of thing... My sincere apologies for the mishaps and I promise that if you contact me through the helpdesk function of the web site all issues will be dealt with and will be resolved in an amicable manner.
