Hi. I got this stuff which i was told was a K like product. It came in capsules and some loose powder. It was white and sort of sparkled/shimmered. It was eaten as instructed by the dealer. It did nothing so everyone just slept. We did a ez test and it bubbled and smoked and then went black and then a little bit later turned a dark green blackish colour. Please contact me if you have an idea of what this is as it should not be on the market!!!

Sounds like a DXM reaction to me.
DXM is a dissociative, like ketamine, so this is probably why a dealer thought they could get away with passing it off as K. Perhaps the dosage was way off, because of this confusion, so you felt no effect. This is just a guess as I have little experience with DXM.

Of course there is a difference in smokey grey->black and purple->black. One is DXM and one is an MD class drug.
It is not unusual for people to consume MD and fall asleep.

MDxx often makes people sleep.. The reason for this is because of all te nice comfy feelings it gives you...
Most of the time when people have "pills" they are not just getting MDxx, its the other rubbish in the pills that keeps you awake.

OK, the reason I didn't suggest MDxx was that it would have to be a very stupid and unlucky dealer to be passing off MDxx powder as K. K costs fuck all. MDxx powder, no matter where you are, is going to cost a lot more than K. It would be about as likely as someone trying to sell you a real Rolex watch for $10.
Want to know for sure? See if you can test it again with Mecke.
Oh and as for the sleep thing: MDxx can make you sleepy because it plays with the levels of many neurotransmitters in your brain, not just serotonin and dopamine. Seratonin has a relationship with sleep, as do other chemicals like melatonin. Too often people fall into the trap of simplifying things too far, as in "Speed = Dopamins = Chargy" "MDMA = Serotonin = Relaxed" when it's actually a far more complicated combination.
