EZ TEST taking a long time

I don't frequent this forum, or related ones very often, but I have enough to know that people seem to trust EZ TEST, at least last I checked.

I decided to give them a go, which was back in January. They took €50 / $73.92, and I haven't heard from them since.

I checked over the address I gave them, along with all other information, and everything is correct. It says it shipped, and still says shipped... I already sent them a message a long time ago, but never received a response.

Is this normal for them, when shipping to the United States? I hope so.
 
No, your package probably got lost in the mail OR they didn't send it by mistake ? Mine took 3 weeks, not 3 months... I'm sorry to hear. Unfortunately we are not eztest.com. I would recommend disputing the charge on your card if you feel they have defrauded you. I am very sorry to hear, but we can't do anything here about it. Sorry. If they won't answer your emails, I don't see what else you can do. Just incase, send them a few more messages and check your spam folder to make sure it doesn't go there ;). eztest.com has been a reputable company in my past experiences.
 
Thanks for the reply. I went ahead and sent them another message. They use a support ticket system, I couldn't find any other way of contact, no email. My old message is still sitting in there support system actually. Hopefully they'll answer one of them.

Like you say theres no way of contacting them (other than leaving a message from your account). Ravenousblonde and I have left several messages - I have even left a review for their kits complaining about this but nothing has happened!

I know this may not help you but I have a new supplier (same kits) prices are almost the same as EZTEST but they have a telephone number and the guy who owns the place is really helpful (were getting good feedback at the moment).

If anyone wants the information please PM me :)

Im new to this site....

I've order a EZ test Complete from a UK based site (not sure if a should list it?)

They have a phone number and i spoke to them, the seemed super friendly.....i paid extra for delivery within 3 working days....

Ill left ya know how i go.....
 
^If they also sell legal highs then do not leave the name on the site !

Hey everyone......just wanted to let you know I just ordered my kit from the UK based site as well.

I will keep everyone informed of how it go's from here =]
 
Hopefully you have better luck than me. I still haven't heard one word from EZ TEST after they charged me and it has been over 3 months.
 
daaamn that sucks...I ordered my test kit from dancesafe.org on april 15th and got it today april 19th!! Damn they are fast . I live in NYC allll the way on the otherside of the country and they go it to me quiiick.
 
Hey guys & gals..just a little update for you. My kit came in today. I was quoted 5-8 business days & it took 8 business days.

I had a few questions about the kit & how long it would take, ETC. They were VERY helpful & even offered to call me to place my order over the phone since I had trouble with my credit card.

Very helpful & good people. Based on my experience, I would recommend ordering your kit from them.

If anyone that has any questions let me know.
 
^Thanks for the update - where abouts are you? (UK/US etc)

Some people around the UK have had their kits delivered the next day :).
