FYI Personal Messaging is not used at Bluelight.
It seems that EzTest have their email problems sorted out, and they have your order number from here, so hopefully they will be able to sort it all out. If not I'm sure they would be happy to contact you in this thread to ask for more details.
As for displaying your email address, probably 95% of all people on this board use anonymous web email accounts, such as
Hotmail,
Ziplip,
Hushmail etc, which give no indication of your real name or email address. Set one up if you havent already got one, in fact set up several. If it is too much trouble for you to check webmail you can always use a remailer service such as
Bigfoot, where you can setup an anonymous address that will forward all mail to your home account. And then put this totally anonymous address in your profile, so that Moderators, if they have a problem, can take it up with you offline and we can avoid all this needless drama.
This forum is designed for people to discuss testing kits. It is NOT supposed to be a place where disputes such as this can be aired. This goes for both customers and the companies themselves. We are here to facilitate communication on general issues, not specific complaints.
This has come up before with other companies, and the bottom line is that those companies should at all times keep their customers informed as to what is going on. Nothing annoys a customer more than not hearing anything. This forum can, and should, be used for companies to tell their customers, in general terms, the state of their affairs. Even if they are repeating themselves an effort should be made to let the customers know what is going on.
Specific complaints, however, should be dealt with by the companies themselves, hopefully in private email.
Can I ask that from now on both companies and customers follow these suggestions?
