Eyes, mouth and face skin dryness cause by AH-7921

After taking AH-7921 my eyes become so dry that it hurt when I blink them, my mouth also get very dry and after a few days of use, I get rash in my face because my skin become so dry.
Is that a common effect ?
Is there anyway to counter this side effect ?

Btw, I drink alot of water all the time and it doesnt help.

its worth asking also if you scratched alot? when i first tried hydromorphone i did a bit too much each time and got so itchy and scratched just enough for a crappy dry kinda rash

I scratch alot on all my body exept the face or not much in the face. I really think it due to dryness of the skin, after a few days of use the rash appear and after discontinuation my eyes and my mouth return to normal, my face skin take longer to heal, about after the withdrawal symptom stop so about 5 days.

I have used AH-7921 a few time and I have notice the dryness of the eyes and mouth but I just figured the the rash in my face might be cause by that dryness too.
