eyeing out a point of meth for iv without scale??

How do people eye out a point of meth usually? Advice is needed? I don't have a scale and usually do and i'd like to know what amount of meth is going to be iv'ed/

I eye it based on the size of a quarter gram. That's a pretty easy amount to eye. I'd say a quarter would be the size of a...m&m?? If you put it in a spoon and pictured it balled up. Regardless of what item you match it to, just picture it when you pour more. Don't know if that helps but that's what I do. I picture it per quarter.
