Its the result of a magnesium deficiency; try searching, its been covered hundreds of times.

It's not the result of a magnesium deficiency, though magnesium supplementation does seem to prevent it.

It's often associated with nausea - people with nausea occasionally get it. I don't think that anyone really understands the cause of it. Some people have it congenitally (from birth, and permanently). That would be horrible... they generally don't learn to read properly.

Well, after 14 hours straight it becomes a lot less fun...

This time it came in waves. Whilst reading something, I could slowly feel it build up only to completely engulf me, sweeping me away in a cloudy, murky fuzzy feeling.
Tears streaming down my face, my head tilted backwards, there is nothing I can do to stop it. Just 'go with the flow'. Literally.

a while back i took one.. weak but relatively pure pill.. and then snorted half of another pill id tried before... it got to the point where if i let my eyes go they would wiggle forever.... i loved it

I had a severe case of it which I talk about in my long reply on the ever been arrested while rolling thread.

I was tripping acid, and turned on "Millenium" by OutKast off the ATLiens album. This deep bass hit. My eyes started vibrating back and forth, then vibrating violently back and forth. Soon, I was blind and only saw a grey blur. I seriously went blind for like three seconds. It was like they were physically vibrating so fast that it blurred my entire visual field. The whole thing only lasted about three seconds, but it was a trip.

I used to get it all the time when i first started taking pills and i loved it... now i dont get them any more
The last time i got it was a couple of months ago and thats coz i stupidly took way too many pills too quickly. My eyes were wobbling so much that couldnt see anything.... Not good at all!!

This one time i was rolling in a restaurant and i decieded to read the menu for the hell of it even though i wasnt hungry..
and i got the eye wiggles but then when i stopped it wouldnt happen anymore or look at lights. is this strange?
