I notice some people who have taken pills do this thing where they look directly down when talking to someone.
Also typical facials etc especially when drunk.

I have another problem that isnt normal and I think related, I am wondering if you guys have it too because I am not sure if its because I spend too much time at the computer or if its drug acquired.

It strains my eyes to focus on something if its right at the edge of my vision.

Anyone else have this or have a prolonged MDMA come down and NOT have this?

Eyesight is one of our most important things....

Download that it will take the eye strain off for you if you use a PC in the evening.

For me , mdma makes me go cross eyed more than anything.
The only time i notice people looking down when i talk to them is when they are coming up, maybe they are having a bad/anxious time?

If your problem persists, please visit your GP or seek professional medical help otherwise.

Refrain from other alcohol and drug use of course.

I do refrain from drugs, and dont drink very often.

I asked 2 friends after making this thread. 1 who has not ever done psychedelics or amphetamines, only pot and opium, and he had barely any strain, and another who has done pills, coke and he had strain.
I am seeing a neurologist next week.

Let us know on your progress, and feel free to PM me for any further support.

Thanks. :)

I should also mention I had bad nystagmus that got a lot better in the 1st 12 months after quitting drugs, I remember when it was at its worst I would lay in bed and my eyes would just shake and I would get vertigo, it got much better after those 12 months, but I noticed recently I still have it a bit.

I think further improvement is possible with exercises, I will post back with any updates.

i always recommend exercise for recovery but maybe have someone around just in case you pass out or anything like that.

I do exercise, but I mean eye exercises.

I have been doing them for the last 2 days, I did some now and I got motion sickness which really sucked, so I learnt I cant let my eyes wobble for more than a second.

oh right i get ya now,
well don't attempt to wobble your eyes and wait maybe until you've been assessed by your neurologist.
