Eye color brightness?

Recently when coming down from a heavyish trip as my pupils begin to un-dialate that my eye color turns very bright green. My eyes are normally a greyish green color, but after i trip they just glow this mostly happens with rcs but any psych does it to me.
Anyone know why or have this happen to them?

Could it be that your perception of colours is still enhanced in the afterglow? You might just be seeing them as a brighter colour than they usually appear to you.

partly your own perception of color, but also i notice that my eye colors can change drastically from day to day even without psychedelic drugs. sometimes my browns are more accented, while other times it's my greens

My eyes are green, but look brown to most people, unless there is good lighting. Even my drivers license says brown. Maybe it has something to do with green eyes, because me, you ( I assume) and the OP all have green eyes. My eyes look brown some days for sure. Makes me wonder.

actually i've got hazel eyes so both brown and green are present in varying amounts from day to day

my gf has plain brown eyes, but they can appear golden or even green"ish" in the right lighting. i'd never call hers green though.

Mine are green and brown also, mostly green. I thought hazel was blue and brown?

Dunno what colour my eyes are but "greeny-brown" would be about right. Must be a PD thing.
