Extremly dry facial skin and heroin

Ok so I have only been using MAYBE a day, I'm what they call a chipper, but all of a sudden I have extremly dry skin around my nose. I mean so dry that it peels and in the next couple of hours there is more. Now I know it's the h because it only happens when I'm using.... Can the h be dojng this? If anyone else has had it happen advice please!!!

Yes, I used to itch my nose so much that it would peel and be red for days...

Ahhhhh that's what it is!!! It is a histamine reaction! Thank you! My nose always gets the worst and that makes complete sense!! AntiHistamine lotion here I come!
