Extremely Short and Intense MDMA+LSD Experience

Hey guys,

I want to share an experience I had with candyflipping (LSD+MDMA) recently at a festival. I have some questions about what I did wrong.

At 7:45 I ingested one tab of 100ug LSD. I didn't really feel effects until about an hour later and I was almost at peak level 2 hours in. The show I wanted to see was starting at 10:30 and i really wanted to candyflip for that so I decided to take a capsule filled with approximately 140mg MDMA. This was tested, pure MDMA from a very reliable source. Now it is probably important to mention that I am a pretty small individual, weighing only about 56 kgs so I probably shouldn't have taken the whole capsule. This is where I think I messed up. Anyways, I took the whole thing because I wasn't able to open it up and dab it properly. (Bad decision, I know)
I didn't really feel the MDMA kick in until about 10:45. This is where things start to get REALLY weird. I honestly felt like I was going to pass out, I remember thinking to myself that I had taken way too many drugs. I felt very dizzy. This, however, only lasted 30 seconds. After that, I felt pure euphoria. No waves...it just hit me all at once. It was insane. I rolled a couple times before but they felt nothing like this time.
Anyways, I kinda lost track of time but I think around midnight, things got bad. I remember crashing very hard. It was probably because I was still tripping hard, but I never felt so frightened in my life. I felt like I was going to die, then all of a sudden I started getting small waves of euphoria and dysphoria, this went on for like 30 minutes. After that I was 100% back to baseline.

Now, I expected the comedown to be a little brutal since I would still be kinda tripping of the LSD but I never knew it would be that intense. Also I am extremely confused as to why the roll was so short. I was peaking for an hour max and was done rolling completely in 2 hours.

So my questions to y'all:
Did I take too much?
Could that be the reason why I had an extremely short roll?
Could it may have been because I didn't sleep at all the night before and I had more than a couple of beers at around noon the same day?

Please, I would really appreciate any input on this because I am really confused as to what happened.

Thank you!

Are you on any prescription drugs? How long have your previous experiences on MDMA lasted?

That's all I can think of right now...

Thanks for your reply!

No, not on any prescription drugs. And actually my last few MDMA experiences have lasted very short as well, but I don't think they were as short. The time before this, I redosed an hour and a half later so that made it last longer and the first time I rolled it was about 2-3 hours max.

Did you personally test it? MDMA lasts quite a bit longer than that... Well at least from my experiences with reagent tested MDMA.

Yup, personally tested it. Also my friends tried it and they rolled for much longer but it seemed to me that they didn't roll as hard. I obviously don't know for sure lol but there were times where I felt so much euphoria that I was not able to speak. They weren't like that. I should also note that on the comedown, I nearly chewed up my whole tongue because my jaw was clenching so much.

Weird. I really don't know what to say other than maybe mdma is just different for you.

Did you ever have longer rolls or were they always shorter than your friends?

Hopefully someone else can shed some light on your situation. :)

A friend of mine did 150mg once and his whole experience lasted about 2 hours. Either you've been rolling too often or your body metabolizes it differently would be my two guesses.

It happens man... No explanation for it.

I have always taken 1 to 3+ month breaks. Over the past 2.5 years i have only rolled 15 times, but my rolls are now shorter and less intense on 200mg (dutch presses) than on 120mg when i first started.
My friends started around the same time and either roll as much as i do or more and still roll as hard and almost as long.

So i guess some people just build a tolerance quicker than others.
