Extremely New and confused

Hello everyone, Im at the point in my life where i have exhausted every option out there to quit my opiate use. It started about 10 years ago. Heroin being my DoC, in which it was used for about 3 years of those 10. I have moved literally 2k miles(Florida to California now in Long beach) to escape this demon that has basically drained all my hopes and potential leaving only a miniscle light of my former self. I have nobody to even call a friend let alone help. So seeing how there is nothing but wonderful and helpful members. I am optimistic that i will find at the very least someone to call a friend. Thank for your time.
