Misc Extremely high doses of kava( in the next hour!)

^Yup, especially with a Xanax or Phenibut tolerance. Kava is more of a medicinal entheogen than a recreational substance.
 
Kava is weird. I have had tincture that has felt better than alcohol but I have yet to find anything that does this. I do have some Kava paste that was given to me but I still Dont get it. Kava makes you feel kinda warm, halfway between a valium and a shot. Its kinda like Opiate warmth but then again NOT really if that makes sense. I have only heard of it being toxic if you have bad stuff but I dont know. Kava from walk in stores like GNC is usually garbage. Theres a lot of different Types of Kava and none give the same effect at all. Just google up more on it. I would just order some Paste and leave the other stuff alone but the good types of extract should look like goey grossness in a capsule not powder. Keep that in mind. You usually want Alcohol Free Extract as its less bad for your body. Just give yourself breaks and dont take it multiple times in a week or everyday. Thats how the hepatoxicity shit comes in from every case I have read but I cannot speak to much on it. I Do like Valarian more for sleep tho but thats just because it doesnt matter if you use it everyday.

Valarian is OK but its kinda weird. It smells Awful but it can help you sleep.
