what's legal where one user lives may not be legal where another lives so it can still be a grey area. your best bet would be to contact the staff of the forum in question as they are most intimate with the guidelines - and zeitgeist - of their forum.

you mean a guide to extracting kratom? they are everywhere and in general, they suck, kratom does not extract well even in a lab. Just eat the powder.
