Extracting pure CBD

I was wondering if anywhere in the marijuana culture someone has extracted pure CBD?

It would be a wonder to be able to extract pure CBD, and pure THC and be able to dose exactly down to the mg. This would make it easier to find your happy spot and dose properly.

Any thoughts?

I havent heard of it but I'm sure it could be done, Its similiar to THC and THC can be extracted several different ways so I cant see why CBD couldnt. As for being able to dose down to the perfect dosage, I think they amount of work one would have to spend on accomplishing such a thing would be way to time consuming (which usually means more $ for the buyer).

Alot of "experienced" users will know by the quality of the bud how much they will need to smoke/ingest in terms of bowls, joints, brownies, etc. To find there happy spot
