Bupe Extracting naloxone from suboxone, is this possible?

So i was supposed to be getting back on subutex today but the dr i went to wont prescribe it. So the best i could get was these damn strips. I know they are better than the pills and you can iv them and everything but has anyone found a way to make this more like a subutex?
 
The naloxone has no bearing on whether you can IV them or not - buprenorphine attaches itself to your opioid receptors far more firmly than naloxone can, so naloxone doesn't get a look in. It is a completely useless additive, even IV'd, so there is no need to remove it..
 
I know that you can iv them, that wasn't my question. Ive done it plenty of times but it definitely does not feel like a subutex. This is a well known thing where I'm from that subutex is better than suboxone. You can still feel the suboxone but it doesnt hit you but about half as hard as a subutex does. Which leads me to believe that the naloxone is causing this. Which is why i would prefer to not have it in the solution at all if possible.
 
Half as hard?? For real? I have a bupe script but when I used to shoot suboxone once in a while I never noticed this. but I didn't do it enough I guess.

So the nalaxone changes the way the bupe feels? Or doesn't allow it to bind as much or somethin?

Also try doign what I did if your doc is strict. Tell them your insurance only covers 50% of brand name script up to $500 yearly and 100% of generic with no limit and $15 copay. Once I told them that, and it was like $100 vs $15 for me, he prescribed it instantly. If you try and give a shpeal about 'subutex works better tastes better or naloxone give sme headaches' chances are your doc won't bite.
 
yeah i was on subutex with another doctor for a year and a half before i went to prison and the taste bad thing worked with him but hes not taking any more patients at the moment. When i say half as hard im talking about the buzz part of it and getting messed up. Suboxone will take away my withdraws pretty well but i dont seem to get the euphoric feelings that subutex gives.
 
I heard that some people extract the bupe with rubbing alcohol as naloxone is poorly soluble in alcohol, though I'm skepticle about this procedure really working
 
yeah i actually thought about that since Ive used the alcohol extraction method a lot of times shooting the opana ERs. I might see if i can google that and find anything.
