Hi guys I am from middle europe I want to ask if anyone around here had any experience with the mundipharma´s palladone (hydromorphone HCL) I have abou 30x4mg left and it has really no effect even when I eat 12-16mg it is ridicilous knowing that if I somehow extract the H HCL and spray it up my nose I would be like 10x more high pls if somebody knows a normal method of extraction based on knowledge of chemistry I would really appreciate your advice and help I need it for breakthrough pain and my doctor wont precribe any instant release pills and Iam... well Iam really desperate 8) :|

Well, there is a "no synthesis discussions" rule on Bluelight generally; but here in EADD, where we like to think of ourselves as avant-garde envelope-pushers, we've always taken that literally as meaning that analysis discussion was fine and dandy. Hence the CWE megathread. Most mods simply aren't good enough chemists to spot a bad chemical synthesis; but separating things that were originally together is a lot easier to verify, and will not introduce any new potential harms that were not present before.

Basically, you'll have to find out what the binder is in the tablets; then crush them up and use a solvent which will dissolve the drug but not the binder. Hydrochloride salts of substituted amines are mostly water-soluble; you might have to react with an alkali to get the free base, then re-react this with a different acid to form a more soluble salt.

It's nothing that would be beyond A-level standard (As you're a non-UK resident: A-levels are the qualification to get into university, usually studied for in a college for 16-18 year-olds after secondary school) and you have the benefit of the Internet .....
