Its looks very simple and easy... the recipe that i found after its all done i will get 120mg of it in liquid form. How is this for a dose ? i never done codeine before but i always enjoyed codeine/paracetamol painkillers with some weed on comedown after taking uppers all night.

Yeah CWE's are super easy. But the solution you'll end up with will be the rankest, most vile tasting shit you could possibly imagine. It's perhaps a little better with ibuprofen than it seems to be with paracetamol, but still.

In my view 120mg is too small a dose, even for a beginner. But I know I'll cop it from other people here for saying that. I think an ideal dose for a beginner would be 180mg-250mg.

120mg is a pretty good starting dose but as suess said, some will prefer higher or lower amounts. If you've have any other experience with opioids and know what dose(s) you enjoy, you could try using a convertor to get a better idea of how much codeine to take.

Make sure you do not have nurofen preparations with 'ibuprofen lysine' (or lysinate) which is a form of ibuprofen that is far more water soluble so it's not amenable to common Cold Water Extraction techniques.

Actually, there is no point in taking more codeine than 150mg if it's someone's first time with opioids. It probably won't even hit you like it should. Most people need a few doses before they feel this magic of opioids. Even with stronger opioids like morphine or heroin taken intravenously are often found by opioid-naive users to be just dull and sedative...

My first time with codeine long long time ago when I was around 14 was just 100mg with one beer and it seemed not to wear off for hours. I was really astonished it worked the first time I took it and that such a small did it. Anyway, I've been skinny since I entered the time of adolescence. But it wasn't only that because even later when I moved on morphine and then other much stronger opioids like hydromorphone, oxymorphone, heroin and other 3,6-diesters of morphine, 6-methylmorphine, 6-MDDM, pentamorphone (and the list goes on concerning morphinans...), dextromoramide etc., high dose of codeine always helped me with withdrawals, it's something people addicted to strong opioids have problems with and people mostly need 3 or 4 doses of codeine per day. It must be a personal thing. If codeine works just right, it may be brilliant. At least it was for me before I moved on to morphine...

while i would disagree with the notion that more than 150mgs are wasted on an opiate-naive system, you do make a valid point on starting dosage. the first time i took codeine i was 16, and the only other drugs i had any experience with at the time were alcohol and weed. i took 150mgs the first time and instantly knew that i had stumbled upon something magic and truly lifechanging. my system is truly opiate-naive (again) as i've not taken anything stronger than tramadol in over two years, still a dose of codeine under 300mgs seems like a waste of time, specially sinve i tried not too long ago, taking about 90mgs of dihydrocodeine and the effect was, well, non-existant.

I'm not stating that any dose above 100mg or 120mg, or 150mg of codeine is wasted when used by a opioid-naive person. Not in the pharmacokinetics sense of meaning because the liver can metabolize far more. But as I also stated that most opioid-naive people are somehow disappointed with intravenous morphine, heroin, or other drug of similar potency when they inject for the first time. It's just a matter of natural opioid system getting "used" to opioid agonists having a completely different structure than endogenous opioids or generally ingestion of opioid agonists from the outside of body. And that's just about it because there's no evidence naturally produced morphine has a role similar to endorphins.

What I'm writing is easily seen in patients treated with morphine. Mostly the very first doses produce dysphoria and vomiting while a person with tolerance experiences something totally opposite and it's even hard to provoke vomiting being on morphine.
