Extracting Codeine.. from a elixer

ok, i got this elixer... i have 50ml containing 80 mgs of codiene and around 1600 mgs of acetaminophen. I dont know if it's even worth it..but how can i get that codeine outta there??

Just drink it, 1.6grams of APAP won't harm you, it's roughly the equivelant of 3 extra strength Tylenols. Most people agree that you shouldn't consume more than 4000mg of APAP on a regular basis, especially when alcohol is involved. You can get away with 6grams at a time, but your liver won't hold up if you ingest that much on a regular basis. But anyway, you can just drink the codeine syrup and you'll be fine, although 80mg of codeine will give you a slight buzz at best.

I still recommend not bothering doing any extractions, assuming the only active ingredients in the cough syrup are codeine and APAP. Like I said earlier, 1600mg won't hurt you in the least.
